LOCKRONE is a product of Rons Enterprises ("we", "our", "us"), a business registered in Kerala, India (GSTIN: 32AWNPS0536N1Z4). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use the LOCKRONE smart locker system.
When you register for LOCKRONE, we collect: your name, phone number, flat/apartment number, and the last four digits of your Aadhaar (for identity verification only — we do not store full Aadhaar numbers). When you use the service, we collect booking details, locker usage data, and any special instructions you provide (text, audio, or video messages for the laundry partner).
We use your information to: operate the locker booking system, send WhatsApp notifications about your bookings, enable the laundry partner to process your clothes, generate analytics for apartment management, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
LOCKRONE communicates with you via WhatsApp Business API. Messages include booking confirmations, pickup codes, status updates, and reminders. By registering, you consent to receive these operational messages. You can stop using the service at any time by contacting us.
Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only. Special instruction media files (voice notes, photos, videos) are automatically deleted after 30 days.
Active booking records are retained for 90 days after completion. Registration data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us at romy@ronsenterprises.com.
We use the following third-party services: Amazon Web Services (cloud infrastructure), Meta WhatsApp Business Platform (messaging), and our authorized laundry partner (service fulfillment). Each operates under their own privacy policies.
